Description - Description: The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality’s Building Bylaw No.111, 2015 was adopted in 2015 to incorporate aspects of the former Northern Rockies Regional District Building Bylaw and the Town of Fort Nelson Building Bylaw. The 2015 ve rsion of the bylaw was completed using the standard MIABC template. It has been noted that aspects of the current bylaw are lacking and, in some instances, contradictory to the NRRM Zoning Bylaw No.119, 2016. With ever-changing aspects of the BC Building Code and a rising focus on the construction of greener buildings, the NRRM is looking to update the Building Bylaw to make allowances for those aspects as well as development growth in the future
