Description - Description: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive Proposals from qualified organizations to implement drug checking services using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrometers with immunoassay strips to rapidly and accurately analyze substances at point-of-care sites in the Kelowna Area.
