Description - This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Festival Fireworks Displays for Canal Days Marine Heritage Festival, Canada Day & New Years Eve, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Port Colborne hosts and supports a multitude of events in a calendar year. Our premier events include Canal Days Marine Heritage Festival, Canada Day, and the New Years Eve Family Celebration all of which include a fireworks display.
