Description - Hays County, Texas (“County”) is seeking a well-qualified firm(s) to provide comprehensive heating ventilation-air conditioning HVAC maintenance and repair services for all Hays County buildings throughout the County, except the Hays County Jail, Training Academy, and the Maintenance Shop.
