Description - Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Fire Hall 4 - IPD Construction Partner- Mechanical Contractor , as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City plans on building a new fire hall located at the City’s north end to address response times which are not meeting policy. This Project will be delivered using an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodology and contractual arrangement.This RFP is the first of many RFPs to acquire the design and construction team that will work with the City as part of the IPD
