Description - Description: The District of Barriere, British Columbia, is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced road maintenance contractors to provide winter road maintenance services.The District may enter into a 1-year contract with a private road ma intenance service provider for its winter road maintenance requirements on a lump sum cost basis. At the end of the initial contract term the District, at its sole discretion, may extend the contract up to 1 year beyond the initial term. At a minimum, winter road maintenance is required from late October to late March (5 months).
