Description - Description: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is available for all interested proponents.The City of Calgary requires a qualified consulting firm to provide design through to construction completion of the streetscape and public realm adjacent to a p rivate development parcel.This project focuses on the south park and ride facility at Franklin Station and adjacent public space (See F.1 Map 1: Site Plan, red highlighted area, 7.7.1.1). The desired outcome is to make the site ready for redevelopment, while continuing to meet the needs of Calgary transit, and deliver high-quality, functional streetscapes and public spaces that enhance quality of life for current and future residents of the area.
