Description - Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Waste Management Technology Platform as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The CVRD is seeking proposals for the provision of Waste Management Collection software and hardware for monitoring and managing automated garbage collection services.
