Description - Description: The RFP issuing body is the Superior Court of California, County of Contra Costa (Court) a medium sized trial court in California. The Court receives a large number of paper and digital exhibits. Currently these exhibits are maintained b y the courtroom clerks and/or exhibit clerks and are uploaded to the Court¿s case management system; or are stored in Court¿s exhibit closet. The Court now wants to provide a Digital Exhibit Management System (DEMS) that shall serve as a repository for all digital exhibits currently in its possession and those Court will receive during the next five years.The purpose of this RFP is to solicit and award a contract to a qualified provider of DEMS
