Description - Description: In accordance with Virginia Code § 15.2-2101 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended), the Town of Christiansburg (Town) proposes to adopt an Ordinance to grant an Electric Vehicle Public Charging Station (EVPCS) Franchise to responsi ble electric vehicle public charging station service providers (Offeror) for turn-key installations of electric vehicle public charging stations on publicly owned property. Such franchise shall be for a term greater than five (5) years with an option for renewal thereafter.
