Description - Description: The City of Saskatoon is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to engage a consultant to provide engineering and architectural services for the East Side Leisure Centre (ESLC) Project. The ESLC will be co-located with two (2) new high sc hools on a shared 36-acre site, with 4 acres dedicated to the leisure centre.
