Description - Description: The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (“NCDHHS” or “Department”) seeks to procure a vendor for continued management of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) validation program for North Carolina’s nursing facilities. Currently, there are four-hundred and twenty-one (421) Medicare/Medicaid certified skilled nursing facilities throughout the state of North Carolina. A complete listing of skilled nursing facilities can be obtained at the Medicare.gov, Nursing Home Compare website.
