Description - Description: The Town of Midland is looking to retain a consultant to design and produce construction drawings for the Ellen Street Reconstruction project in 2024 as well as carry out Contract Administration and Inspection duties during construction in 2025.The design will include the replacement of the road surface and base, sidewalk, curb and gutter, sub drain, catch basins, water main and services as well as sanitary sewer and services on Ellen Street from King Street to Johnson Street. The sanitary system in the proposed project location on Ellen Street is combined sewers. It is the intent to provide a storm sewer system where warranted to eliminate the combined sewer system.
