Request for Proposals – Procurement Notice
Nutrition International, a non-profit agency dedicated to eliminating vitamin and mineral deficiencies worldwide, invites proposals from competent Organizations or Agencies to “Engaging an Agency for Developing a Video on Adolescent Nutrition Initiatives in Gujarat”. The submission deadline for proposals is the Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, 18:00 hrs. Indian Standard Time (IST)
INTRODUCTION TO THE RFP
2.1 Nutrition International (NI) is a global leader in finding and scaling solutions to malnutrition through coverage, leverage, and influence and strives to transform the lives of vulnerable people, especially women, adolescent girls, and children, by improving their nutritional status thereby reduce mortality, anemia, birth defects, low birth weight and stunting.NI implement these interventions with local governments and other partners across a number of high-burden countries in Africa and Asia. NI works in India through its Country Office in New Delhi with State Offices in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
Nutrition International is going to hire the services of an NGO/consulting Partner (THE AGENCY), which will recruit, employ and manage implement various program activities as mentioned in the scope of work in Annexure 1.
2.2 This Request for Proposals (RFP) and particularly the Guidelines for Preparing Proposals that follow, are designed to help Respondents to produce proposals that are acceptable to NI and to ensure that all proposals are given equal consideration. It is essential, therefore, that Respondents provide the complete information that is requested, and in the formats and on the terms specified.
6. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
6.1. The technical and financial proposal along with all requisite documentation must be received in English by NI no later than Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, 18:00 hrs. Indian Standard Time (IST)
The Technical and Financial Proposal in two separate files put into a covering email specifically indicating the subject line “Proposal on - “Engaging an Agency for Developing a Video on Adolescent Nutrition Initiatives in Gujarat” to recruit, employ and manage HR, and implement various program activities as mentioned in the scope of work in Annexure 1 and should be sent to Email: proposalsindia@nutritionintl.org

6.3. Only email bids will be accepted. Only those short-listed will receive an acknowledgment and will be called for a virtual interaction.
6.4. Late proposals will not be accepted in any circumstances. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered.
