Description - Description: The Municipal District of Taber, (hereafter referred to as “The M.D.” or “MD”), is seeking an appropriate and qualified Consultant to complete a feasibility study for a new location and schematic design for the Enchant Wastewater Lagoon. The current lagoon is operating under Approval No. RS01108, Date Signed October 24, 1994. Requests have been made to discharge the lagoon twice per year, as it has passed 100% capacity and the Hamlet of Enchant is continuing to develop. A capacity assessment was recently performed and will be provided to the successful proponent for information purposes.Scope of WorkThe scope of work for this project includes a complete feasibility study
