Description - Work of this Contract comprises the cosmetic demolition and renovation of an existing multi-purpose boardroom and meeting room. The renovation will include new partitions, bulkheads, finishes (flooring paint, ceilings), lighting, power, data and AV s ystems. Minor HVAC and plumbing modifications will be required along with fire alarm system modifications. The work will occur in room 2M70 in Manitoba Hall located at 515 Portage Avenue in Winnipeg Manitoba; and identified as the University of Winnipeg Centennial Hall complex.
