Description - Description The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select a Civil Engineer to provide Services for the Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, Construction Contract Administration and Post Construction phases of the CRHC’s proposed affordable housing development.
