for digital wall painting work for 50 sub-centre facilities in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Assam and Madhya Pradesh

INTRODUCTION & BACKGROUND
Lords Education and Health Society (LEHS), a not-for-profit organization works towards improving the quality and access to primary healthcare services for underserved communities. The Organization is working on primary healthcare models through a partnership with State governments, international agencies, and the private sector by appropriately introducing promising healthcare innovations in the public health system in order to build an equitable, innovation-led, and evidence-based quality healthcare system within easy reach of the underserved population of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Uttarakhand and Meghalaya. WISH (Wadhwani Initiative for Sustainable Healthcare) is a flagship program of LEHS in India.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by LEHS|WISH for digital wall painting for 50 sub-centre facilities in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Assam and Madhya Pradesh.
SCOPE OF WORK
LEHS|WISH invites proposals for digital wall painting for 50 sub-centre facilities, with the following specifications:
Branding & Painting Guidelines:
Location: The digital wall painting shall be conducted both outside and inside the identified areas of the sub-centre facilities. A detailed list of sub-centres is attached as an annexure, specifying their respective locations.
Content & Dimensions: The content for the wall painting will be provided by LEHS|WISH. Each digital wall painting is expected to cover an area of approximately 5 feet in height and 6 feet in width, totaling approximately 30 sq ft. (subject to space available at the sub-centres).
Design Responsibility:
a). The vendors are solely responsible for the design of the wall painting. The design should align with LEHS|WISH's branding guidelines and enhance the visual appeal of the sub-centre facilities.
b). Vendors must present design mock-ups for approval before the commencement of the painting project. Any modifications required by LEHS|WISH should be incorporated before the final execution.
Timeline:
a). The project is expected to be completed within 15 days from the date of PO raised.
b). The timeline should include design approval, preparation, and execution of digital wall paintings for all 50 sub-centre facilities.
Quality Assurance:
a). The digital wall paintings must meet high-quality standards in terms of resolution, color accuracy, and overall visual appeal.
b). LEHS|WISH reserves the right to reject any paintings that do not meet the specified quality standards.
Budget:
a). Vendors must submit a detailed cost proposal, including a breakdown of expenses such as materials, labor, and any additional costs.
b). LEHS|WISH will consider cost-effectiveness along with the proposed quality of work in the selection process.
Supervisor appointment:
a). The vendor, at their expense, must appoint a dedicated supervisor.
b). The supervisor will coordinate with the WISH team, PHC team, and the painting team for smooth execution.
c). Ensure adherence to terms, conditions, and timelines. Ensure basic discipline within PHC premises. Ensure cleanliness during and after painting.
Proposal Submission Considerations:
a). Provide best rates with taxes and branding & digital painting charges.
b). Adherence of timeline to complete the activity.
c). Final payment upon submission of verified invoices and photographs.
d). Mention payment & delivery terms in the bid.
e). LEHS reserves the right to award the contract to multiple bidders.
f). LEHS may cancel or reject bids as per its discretion.
g). Penalty for delays as per LEHS policy.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE
All proposals must be submitted by 28th Feb 2024, with subject line "LEHS|WISH Branding & Painting Work Proposal.
Proposal Submission Instructions
All interested vendors must submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP document. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.

Proposal should be submitted with brief profile of the organization and should contain:
Covering letter reference of all enclosures or attachments.

Please submit the following as enclosures or attachment with your quotation. Bidders must provide all the information requested below. Quotations that do not provide the required information and certificates, or do not follow the submission requirements may not be reviewed.
Company Profile, testimonials, reference (NGOs).
GST registration certificate.
PAN registration.
TAN registration.
Audited Financials for last three years (3 pages).
Income Tax Return for last three years.
Cancelled cheque.
Copy of registration documents/certificate and most recent renewal as a legal entity.
License or permission, if any for doing business.
Copy of Authorized dealership issued by the company if any.
