Request for Proposals for hiring of an IT Agency to support requirements of the iDEFEAT TB Project

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:
a) Proposals through email as well as hard copies are invited from the reputed bidders for the aforesaid purpose. The proposal should include the "Technical & Financial" details.
b) Two separate proposals are required to be submitted - Technical and Financial Proposal. The interested bidder must submit their proposals in two separate emails, your email should clearly state in the subject line - "Technical Proposal hiring of an IT Agency with demonstrated experience in Drupal development to support requirements of the iDEFEAT TB Project” and "Financial Proposal - hiring of an IT Agency with demonstrated experience in Drupal development to support requirements of the iDEFEAT TB Project” with all relevant documents as listed in Schedule 1 & 2 to Procurement.USEA@theunion.org latest by 3rd April 2024.
c) Hard Copies to be submitted separately for technical and financial in sealed envelope and both envelopes to be placed together in single cover and super scribed as “Confidential - ’Response to hiring of an IT Agency with demonstrated experience in Drupal development to support requirements of the iDEFEAT TB Project”.
d) The sealed envelope should be Hand delivered/Couriered/dropped at the reception of the The Union, Branch Office at C-6 Qutub Institutional Area, New Delhi - 110016 before the due date and time, latest by 3rd April 2024. Those who send the Bid documents by courier/post, have to ensure that the documents reach us on or before the prescribed time & date. The Union office will not take any responsibility under any circumstances for the delayed or missing courier/postal.
e) The "Technical proposal" should include the description of the firm/organization, the firm’s general and recent experience in the field of assignment, organisation structure, the qualification and competency of the personnel proposed for the assignment, and few samples of similar assignments compl |
