Description - Description: RFP for Leesburg Residency located in NoVA District. Project is generally descripted as the following: Design and Project Management services for the Leesburg Residency building. A&E firm will develop site plans for the building, work wi th DEB for permitting approval and support the construction of the building with project management and progress inspections.
