Description - The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide VENDORs with information to provide capital costing, design and tender ready documents and support documentation, and project management to meet needs of the North Bay Jack Garland Airport Corporation for the removal and replacement of boilers located in the Terminal Building of the North Bay Jack Garland Airport [AIRPORT]; ultimately the design, engineering, and construction project management services for the replacement of three gas boilers, the connection of the boilers to the existing overall system, and the integration of the boilers into the existing building management system.
