The Centre for Catalyzing Change (C3) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering girls and women in India, with the goal of achieving gender equality. Our vision is to create a future where Indian girls and women have full access to their rights and opportunities and realize gender equality.
Centre for Catalyzing Change (C3) invites proposals from qualified and experienced firms to develop a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) that caters to our diverse stakeholders. The envisioned LMS should feature a user-friendly interface and offer a seamless learning experience while accommodating multiple courses. The system should include features for proactive engagement through nudges and notifications. Additionally, the selected team should possess relevant expertise in the field and provide comprehensive training and support for our organization to effectively utilize the LMS.
Scope of Work:
The selected firm will be responsible for the following tasks:
LMS Development: Design, develop, and deploy a robust Learning Management System that caters to the needs of multiple user groups, including students, employees, and external partners.
Course Hosting: Implement a flexible architecture to allow for the hosting of various courses, including multimedia content, assessments, and interactive elements.
User Experience: Create an intuitive and user-friendly interface that ensures a seamless learning journey for users across different devices.
Nudging Features: Integrate features that allow for automated nudging and notifications to engage users and encourage their active participation.
Customization: Provide options for customization to align the LMS with our organization's branding and requirements.
Training and Handholding: Offer comprehensive training sessions for our team to effectively manage, update, and utilize the LMS. Provide ongoing support as needed.
Technical Requirements:
The proposing firm should address the following technical aspects in their proposal:
Scalability: The LMS should be scalable to accommodate a growing number of users and courses without compromising performance.
Multi-Course Support: The system should allow for the creation and management of multiple courses with distinct content, assessments, and participant tracking.
Mobile Responsiveness: The LMS interface should be fully responsive, providing an optimal user experience on various devices, including smartphones and tablets.
User Authentication: Implement secure user authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO) integration if applicable.
Content Formats: Support a variety of content formats, including video, audio, documents, presentations, and interactive elements.
Nudging Engine: Develop a robust nudging engine that utilizes user behavior data to trigger relevant notifications and reminders.
Reporting and Analytics: Incorporate comprehensive reporting and analytics features that allow administrators to track user progress, course completion rates, and engagement metrics.
Experience Required:
The proposing firm should demonstrate the following experience:
LMS Development: Proven experience in designing and developing Learning Management Systems for organizations of similar scale and complexity.
User Engagement Strategies: Demonstrated ability to incorporate user engagement techniques, such as nudging and notifications, to enhance user participation and completion rates.
Customization Expertise: Proficiency in creating customizable solutions that can be tailored to our specific organizational needs.
Training and Support: A track record of providing effective training and ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and utilization of the LMS.
Proposal Submission:
Interested firms are requested to submit a comprehensive proposal that includes:
Overview of the firm's background, expertise, and relevant project portfolio.
Detailed technical approach to LMS development, addressing scalability, multi-course support, mobile responsiveness, and more.
Proposed timeline for development, testing, and deployment.
Cost estimate for the entire project, including customization, training, and ongoing support.
Outline of training and support services offered.
Proposal Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
