IND- Strengthening Health Ecosystem through Ayushman Bharat Health & Wellness Center (AB-HWCs) Baddi-HP-DSPO, Bal Raksha Bharat TOR FOR Hiring Consultant/Agency for PROCESS DOCUMENTATION Introduction Bal Raksha Bharat (Also known as Save the Children) is a global non-profit organization, founded in 1919 as a response to the condition in Europe immediately following the First World War, is a federation of 29 members with similar vision, mission, and values for children, working in more than 120 countries to form a truly international movement for children. In 2008, Bal Raksha Bharat (Save the Children) registered in Indian as ‘Bal Raksha Bharat’. Today Bal Raksha Bharat (Save the Children) is India’s leading independent child rights organization. Presently, we have presence across 16 states of India and have impacted the lives of more than 14 million children since 2008. Background of the project Bal Raksha Bharat in partnership with Mondelez India Foods Pvt Ltd, is implementing the project, titled as, Strengthening Health Ecosystem through Ayushman Bharat Health & Wellness Centers (AB-HWCs) with an objective to support select health centers to improve their facilities and outreach services. In this project, Bal Raksha Bharat closely works with Government in the intervention District/Block to strengthen the Primary health care service at AB-HWCs. The project looks into local solutions for existing problems related to the implementation of CPHC services through capacity building, training, outreach microplanning, organizing outreach sessions, building a connection between facilities and community, establishing referral linkages, supporting health promotional activities, procurement of logistics and utilization of untied fund as per CPHC guidelines. Under the Project, we have taken 50 Health Facilities (12 PHCs & 38 HSC s) in Baddi-Nalagarh area of Himachal Pradesh for the intervention. Baddi is anindustrial town and Nagar Parishad in the south-western part of Solan district of Himachal Pradesh, India. The town lies on the border of Himachal Pradesh and Haryana states in the Shivalik Hills, around 35 kilometers west of Solan town. Languages spoken in this area are Hindi, Punjabi. Location : (Baddi – Himachal Pradesh)-DSPO Objectives of the assignment: The purpose of the assignment is to develop one Compendium under theprocess documentation of the project, where, Case Stories/Success Stories, positive impacts & Best practices as well as innovations along with photos & evidences of transformations are captured. The Consultant/agency’s primary role will be to: To have prior discussion with the Bal Raksha Bharat team/Requester to understand the expectations and deliverables and details about the project, its goal, objectives & impacts & its geography Work closely with the ground team, to plan for the visit schedule to the areas to capture the stories Identify and document stories related to the project to be disseminated externally (media, donor etc) Creative process documentation and showcasing the transformation which we have been able to achieve through focused intervention. Ensure compliance with Bal Raksha Bharat (BRB’s) policies and practices, including the Child Safeguarding Policy Ensure that all communications are consistent with the BRB name and logo rights are protected at all times Undertake appropriate additional responsibilities as assigned by the line manager Expected Deliverables: The assignment need to be completed within the stipulated time Process documentation/Compendium to be shared, based on field visits and discussion with BRB. Capture good quality case stories/success stories positive impacts & Best practices as well as innovations from field. Photo and evidences documentation around project transformation Duration of Assignment: This consultancy period would be for a duration of 20 days from the date of contract.The consultant period may extend to another 10 days without cost implication, subject to the tenure affected due to unavoidable circumstance. However, in no case, the period should surpass the timeline of 15th December 2023. Components of the Proposal The proposals invited for this consultancy under the project should necessarily consist of the following components: Cover Letter/ Proposal Submission Form Financial Proposal Terms & Conditions: All discussions and documents relating to this assignment will be treated as confidential by the consultant/agency. The work produced as a result of this assignment will be property of Bal Rakha Bharat’ and the consultant will have no right over the final document. The consultant/agency needs to demonstrate adequate expertise and experience of conducting similar assignments. Prior experience working with NGO/CSR/ Funding agencies preferably with children related work. PaymentTerms: Payment will be made online through NEFT/RTGS in 2 phases as given below: (including GST and travel) 40 % payment after signing & commencement of the assignment Rest 60 % payment on complete of 100 of assignment & submission of final document Documents required to be executed for the assignment : Once the ToR & CRFis approved, the RFQ will be floated for the intended candidates/agency The consultant/agency needs to understand given in the RFQ and agrees to all terms and conditions Contract paper need to be signed & acknowledged By signing & acknowledging the contract Papers, the consultant/agency undertakes to commence and complete delivery of all services/work specified as per the deliverables within the stipulated time frame Cop |
