Description - Description: KBH MRI located at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail, BC, will consist of replacement of the existing mobile MRI scanner with a new, permanent 1.5 Tesla (T) MRI scanner and the construction of a ground floor building expansion with basement, located adjacent to the north end of the existing Medical Imaging (MI) department. The expansion (including renovation of the existing space) houses the required MRI and associated support services program areas. The program areas are to meet DAP zoning requirements, IPAC requirements, and Canadian Standard Association (CSA) standards.
