Description - Description: North Island College (NIC) is requesting proposals for Architectural Compliance Services for the renovation of a space currently occupied by employees within Lower Komoux Hall at the Comox Valley campus. The architect is expected to work collaboratively with an integrated compliance team to: Review and confirm an appropriate Program of Accommodation, Provide an indicative design that will show that the program of accommodation can be properly designed with a functional building and that the indicative design can be designed and built within the budget parameters for the project. This will be similar in nature and scope to an early Schematic Design, Ensure the design can be built
