Description - Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to quantify biomass carbon for shrubland ecosystems plots across California, to be developed through field inventories and rel ated to remote sensing metrics. This collection of biomass carbon data will be of sufficient quantity, spatial extent, and variation to represent the broad range of California's shrublands across existing climate, edaphic conditions, and disturbance regimes.
