Description - Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide construction engineering and inspection services for project-specific agreement on the Ro ute 501 Bridge and Candlers Mountain Interchange Improvements Project (UPC 119384). This project will be administered by the VDOT Lynchburg District Construction office.
