Description - Description: The project consists of replacing and upgrading much of the existing City of Terrace infrastructure along North Thomas Street between Cooper Drive and Halliwell Avenue. The proposed configuration along North Thomas will be changed to inc lude a new 3m wide multi-use pathway on the east side of the street and a new 1.8 m sidewalk on the west side of the street. The project will also include removing and replacing 700m of existing roadway and installing concrete curbs and gutters on both sides of the street.
