Description - Description: The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified consultants for the provision of Project Management Services for the Island Lake Regional Water Line design and construction that will be required by Athabasca County (the “County”). The County is looking for project management professionals or Owner’s Engineer who can handle complex multidisciplinary contracts and phased timelines. The aim of this process is to have a reliable project manager who can oversee multiple design and construction phase contracts.
