W hile Council has provided a location map (Annexure A) detailing current sites, Tenderers are encouraged to propose strategic new locations that maximise commercial value without compromising public amenity or services. This may include the relocation of existing bus stops to more advantageous positions, provided service quality and accessibility are maintained or enhanced. All proposed new locations must align with Council's planning requirements
