Description - Description: Project Overview:The Capital Regional District (“CRD”) Regional Parks division is seeking proposals from suitably qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Dam Safety Review (DSR) on the three Thetis Lake dams located within Thetis Lake Regional Park, at the north end of 6 Mile Road in View Royal, BC.
