Description - Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to develop and execute an education and outreach program to serve domestic work employer or employee populations and residenti al care employees or employers in the Public Housekeeping Industry throughout the State. The education and outreach program is intended to improve awareness and compliance with labor protections enforced by the Labor Commissioner Office (LCO) and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). For a detailed description of the work to be performed, please refer to Exhibit A, Scope of Work. The work of this contract is expected to require five (5) years
