Description - Description: The Ministry of Transportation and Transit requires the services of a Security Guard firm that can effectively and efficiently provide security and concierge services for 1500 Woolridge in Coquitlam, similar to other Class A office build ings.The scope of work will require the Contractor to ensure that 1500 Woolridge is secure, both inside and outside of the building during the evenings, weekends and on statutory holidays, to guard against vandalism, fire, unauthorized entry, theft or from any other source.
