RFP (Request for Proposal) to hire an Agency/ Consultant for Endline Evaluation and Project End Report Organization Background: MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA-HIMC) is a leading National-level not-for-profit institution registered under society Registration Act 1956. MAMTA works in 20 States through the mechanism of direct intervention, community mobilization, health system strengthening, networking and policy advocacy in close partnership with Government and Public health systems, civil societies, academic institutions, corporate sector and the community at large. MAMTA extends its work in four broad thematic areas: Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN) Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (YSRHR) Communicable Diseases (CDs) such as HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis ‘B’ & ‘C’ Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) For more information, please visit: www.mamtahimc.in Project Overview: MAMTA-HIMC has designed a framework of intervention for developing an enabling environment for early childhood development using the existing platform of Anganwadis (ICDS) and reaching children, their parents, and pregnant women in peri-urban slums of South and South- East Delhi as a part of a project titled ‘Early Childhood Development’. Scope of Work & Deliverables: The agency’s/individual’s scope of work includes the following key tasks: i)Visit the 18 Anganwadi centres that have been designated in South and South East Delhi in order to conduct an end-to-end assessment basis the baseline evaluation. ii) Success Stories: By communicating with the pertinent stakeholders, the agency or individual will gather and compile Project's Success Stories from the field. iii) Report Writing: A final project report will be submitted by the organisation or person. iv) The organisation or person will guarantee participant data confidentiality both during and after the process. Timeline: Final Report to be Submitted by 27th March 2024. Proposal Requirements: Interested Agencies/ Consultant should provide the following information in their proposals: i) Company overview and history, including relevant experience. ii) Detailed cost breakdown for each component of the project. Please also mention if the amount is inclusive or exclusive of GST. If GST is applicable, please provide the document for the same. Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: i) Cost competitiveness. ii) Relevant Experience The softcopy of the proposal should reach us via email (rfp@mamtahimc.in) on or before 12th March, 2024 before 5:30 PM quoting “Proposal for Endline Evaluation and Project End Report” Email ID – rfp@mamtahimc.in Last Date for Submission – 12th March, 2024; 5:30 PM We look forward to receiving your proposal and thank you for your interest in our project. All applicants (company/agency/institutional) if applicable, should follow the Government of India guidelines/policy for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at the workplace. As part of the application process, you are required to share the status of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). If the committee is not incorporated, then under what criteria is it not enacted? Interested agencies/organisations/individuals must submit the proposal for the Endline Evaluation and Project End Report, highlighting the process, portfolio of past work, financial proposal and the timeline for the project. The technical and financial quotations should be sent in soft copy over email at jobs@mamtahimc.in by 5:30 pm; 12th March 2024 with the subject line “RFP for Endline Evaluation and Project End Report”. Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will not be considered for the selection process. The selection team will only contact applicants who have been shortlisted for the process.
