Description - Description: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the purposes of entering into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of an Architectural/ Engineering firm, authorized to do business in the Commonwea lth of Virginia, with experience in designing conversions to existing spaces to include open unit storage, administrative offices, and multi-purpose space, for military installations.
