| Description | Request For Proposal for Videography and Documentation of Best Practices from Adolescent Health Programs CONTEXT EngenderHealth isthe technical partner of UNFPA for extending support to Ayushman Bharat School Health and Wellness Programme (SHWP) and Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK). As part of the project, EngenderHealth wishes to document the innovations and best practices from the adolescent health programsin the form of process documents, video stories, advocacy toolkit and two e-newsletters. SCOPE OF WORK The major tasks to be undertaken are listed below: Design, develop and produce five video stories 2 minutes duration that will capture the success stories of the adolescent health programs which can include adolescents, teachers, health providers, and government officials, highlighting the innovation and/or anecdotes from their sphere of influence on positive outcomes due to program interventions. The process will include: Develop Hindi version of the films with English subtitles; Share voice over samples of male/ female for approval; Share the scratch with indicative voice over for review and feedback by EngenderHealth and UNFPA. Incorporate all feedback and produce final films. Arranging for logistics and equipment required for the production process and outputs. Creating and presenting media outputs in a timely manner, while engaging with designated EngenderHealth staff for necessary inputs and steering Follow brand guidelines of EngenderHealth/UNFPA where applicable. Capture high-quality process documentation of the end-to-end journey of the RKSK programme in MPthrough a detailed report, presentation and one brochure. Adolescent Education Programme called “Talim-i-Naublighan” implemented in all government affiliated Madrasas in Bihar through a detailed report, presentation and one brochure. Develop an advocacy toolkit such as coffee table booklet, other innovative ideas are encouraged. Develop a draft and share with EngenderHealth and UNFPA team. Receive inputs and prepare a final product. Design and publish the relevant articles and stories from the field in the form of an e-newsletter (at least 2 until end of December 2023). Still photographs from the field which can be used for advocacy. As the activity involves multiple stakeholders, the agency should have sufficient experience, knowledge, and maturity to take interviews. Proper consents forms should be used before capturing field stories, quotes, and videos of adolescents and relevant stakeholders. EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCY OF TEAM The agency must have at least 10 years of experience in developing advocacy filmsand documentation in the social sector. Experience of working across pan India and familiarity with the subject of adolescent health is desirable. FINAL DELIVERABLES The agency is expected to hand over: Number of human stories captured for advocacy and capturing best practices – Five video stories in different user-friendly formats (including digital platforms) along with all the raw footages in a hard disk. Detailed report, presentation and one brochure each for process documentation of RKSK program in Madhya Pradesh and “Talim-i-Naublighan” in Bihar. One coffee table booklet/other innovative similar product Two e- newsletters 100 Still photographs. Dissemination of above prepared products across various digital platforms. ENGENDERHEALTH WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SUPPORT: Ensuring necessary approvals and steering communication at field level. Participation in product quality checks and providing inputs/feedback during draft media production outputs. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS Interested agencies should submit separate technical and financial proposals. Technical proposal should include methodology, work plan with timelines, experiences, and CVs of key team members. Financial proposal should include professional costs and out of pocket expenses.
