Description - The purpose of this RFP is to assemble a qualified team to provide design build and construction management services for construction of a new Operations Centre, better described as the Design-Builder. The Design-Builder will be required to enter int o a CCDC 14 – 2013 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract modified by Supplemental Conditions as per the terms and conditions of the RFP document. The Design-Builder will have sole responsibility for all necessary design-build and construction manager services, which for this project will be separated into 2 Phases
