Description - Description: The City of Burnaby (“City”) wishes to engage a qualified mechanical consulting team (the “Consultant”) with the appropriate experience, expertise, qualified personnel to provide design and consulting services (the ‘Services’ ) to review building requirements, develop scope of work and provide specifications for the replacement of the Air Handling Unit (“AHU – 2”) and Boilers for the Eileen Daily Leisure Pool. The Consultant team shall be led by a Prime Mechanical Consultant. Additional consultants shall be included upon recommendation by the Prime Consultant.
