Description - Description: The Village of Nakusp is optimizing its wastewater treatment plant and needs pipework installed to bypass one or both sewage lagoons into existing ponds. This requires excavation, cutting into existing pipework to install valves and tees , and installing 200mm C900 pipe. Bedding sand and some or all of the backfill will need to be imported. Disposal of excess removed aggregate may be done at a different location on the same property. The complete scope of work is shown in Appendix A.The ideal timeline will see the pipework installed by September 30, 2024. However, if this makes the work cost prohibitive, then other timelines will be accepted.An alternate proposal may be accepted
