Description - Description: The Corporation of the City of Niagara Falls (“the City”) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents (the “Tenant or “Operator”) to lease and run the Café at the MacBain Community Centre, 7150 Montrose R oad, Niagara Falls. The Cafe is approximately five hundred and fifteen (515) square feet on the main floor of the MacBain Community Centre. The initial contract term will be for five (5) years with the option to renew for a further three (3) year term. The initial contract term's estimated commencement date is February 1, 2025.
