Description - Description: The consultant will provide a suitable job evaluation system including compensable factors, and the scoringand weighting of those factors. Conservation authority staff will be responsible for updating all job descriptionswhich will be co mpleted prior to the start of the consultant’s work. The consultant will provide training todefined Conservation staff on the job evaluation process. The Consultant will then, with input from trainedConservation authority staff, evaluate defined positions using the updated job descriptions and the providedjob evaluation system.
