Description - Description: The Corporation of the City of Burlington (the “City” or the “Owner”) is endeavoring upon an annual, Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) process for qualified and experienced Contractors for various civil (road) reconstruction projects Tend ered through the City’s Engineering Services Department.
