Description - The Town of Essex is soliciting the Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) from those individuals or companies with pertinent expertise, capabilities, experience and are interested in being considered as pre-qualified bidders to be placed on a roster of service providers for municipal drainage works. The intention of this RFPQ is to obtain responses to determine a short list of qualified bidders that will be eligible to submit a detailed Request for Quotation by Invitation for municipal drainage works under the Drainage Act which will be issued by the Town of Essex subsequently. Under normal circumstances, responses to the Request for Quotation by Invitation will be due 7 days from issuance.The
