The consultant will be expected to support in smooth coordination and implementation of this activity in collaboration between NACO, SACS, and RI. Under the guidance of DDG TI NACO, HOD SI NACO, and UNAIDS Country Director, the outcomes of the support will help in implementation of size estimation of bridge populations and MSM and TG population in virtual spaces in selected phase I States. Duty station: The consultant will be expected to work from the NACO office premises in New Delhi; Duration of the consultancy: 23rd October 2023 to 27th September 2024 (maximum of 22 working days in a month) The scope of work is as follows: • Support coordination between divisions of NACO (Prevention and SI(S&E)) for smooth rollout of pilot programmatic mapping of population size estimation of client of sex workers and MSM & TG people operating through virtual platform. • In coordination of State SI division, finalise the field staff training on the pilot project- Client of Sex Workers and MSM & TG people operating through virtual platform. • Support in finalising the web portal data management training for SACS M&E and TI staff in consultation with NACO SACS TI and SI division. • Coordinate with SACS to reactivation of State Steering Committee (SSC), State Working Group (SWG) and orientation of both on pilot p-MPSE. • Coordinate with SACS to reactivate the Community Advisory Board (CAB) at pilot district/s. • Technical support to SACS to reconciliation of Hotspots in pilot district. • Coordinate with pilot states to roll out the field data collection work in selected pilot district/s. • Field visits to few pilot district/s for monitoring and supportive supervision during the data collection. • Data review, analysis and feedback to states. • Supporting in States of coordination meetings among stakeholders to review the field data and receive the inputs before final data adjustment. • Any other support as required related to support with implementation of pilot p-MPSE project • Any other work assigned by Reporting Officer.
