Description - Description: This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of North Bay (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Winter Control Plow Routes, as further describe d in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). The successful respondent(s) would be responsible to ensure compliance is met with O.
