Description - Description: ITC seeks to contract training institutions, industry associations or private companies with a presence in Sierra Leone to implement digital skills training programmes to equip 3,000 Sierra Leonean youth with market-relevant technical an d vocational skills. The SkYE Fund is a results-based competitive funding model whose objective is to train youth to meet existing job needs, or in the case of self-employment, successfully meet market opportunities.
