The first part is to remove and replace existing roof membrane and assembly down to the existing structure and provide new fully adhered torch applied modified bitumen roof membrane and new insulat ion assembly. Complete with all flashings and sealants. The second part is to remove the existing siding and associated framing from the gymnasium. New framing insulation and siding is to be provided.
