Description - Description: The project includes approximately 2,600 sm. roof replacement on Roof Areas P, R, S & T. This includes the removal of the conventional BUR roof assembly on all roof areas, the installation of both conventional Mod. Bit. roof assembly on Roof Areas P, S & T and conventional PVC roof assembly on Roof Area R, the installation of metal siding clad parapets and sheet metal flashings, and the reinstallation of existing rooftop mechanical equipment.
