Description - Description: This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Supply and Delivery of Glass Recycling Bins and Kitche n Catchers, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The CVRD is expanding its automated curbside collection service to approximately 14,475 households in its nine Electoral Areas (EAs) in the spring/summer of 2025.
