Description - Description: The Henry County Board of Commissioners is requesting non-cost technical proposals from qualified consultants to design drainage and dam improvements. This project is funded by Henry County Stormwater. The Consultant shall furnish all la bor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Submittals will only be considered by those firms and subcontractors currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation.
